Cocktail Antipodes
The red is not natural at all in this context, which makes the textures and the shapes of the ice stand out. The foods depicted in the right-hand black-and-white images are highlighted through their connection with the left-hand image (velvety feel, shape, texture, etc.). The colorized ice is only there to sublimate the product, which has lost its colors but keeps its luminous range (Lab mode).
The progression of the series is that of a cocktail party, from champagne to ice.
