Photography

Photography was at first a record of the world: the Rhône valley, a bell tower, a construction site, a nightfall. The eye of a walker who stops. Then digital post-processing became the real subject. The series Glace et bois, Confinement, Beyond Pixels are no longer quite photographs: they are images that have crossed the threshold of retouching. Everything else on this site begins there.
